Offers removed
A shame I was forced to update to order and noticed all offers I use regularly have been removed. You will definitely see the reduction in orders now.
Glitchy
Just doesn’t work like a functioning app should. It glitches and I have to delete and redownload it to use it. For example, when I selected Coventry Foleshill store to order from, it came up with a blank screen I could not get out of. I force closed the app, same issue. Doom loop. Only resolved by deleting and redownloading

It does not let me apply any voucher code at checkout. Neither for the first order nor for any other.

Before I got the app, there was advertisement I said the First Chai Weller hot drink is on us still haven’t got it. No voucher no nothing I asked Stow colleague nothing.

Misleading offer
Chaiiwala offer a ‘free karak chai’ when downloading the app, but what they don’t mention until you’ve signed up is that you have to make an order of at least £10 to get it! I deleted the app shortly after downloading it because of the misleading offer. Cheeky way of them getting your contact details 😒

Include apple pay payments, theres currently no option to save cards. Constantly having to type in card information. More app based offers please. And stop with the loyalty resets.
I repeat, from the response I received, NO! There is NO way to save card details and there is no APPLE PAY compatibility, look into this again. I have tried every single way. Reducing my rating for the ignorant response.

6.96£ delivery?
I live less than 2 miles from my local chai wala. Initially showed delivery as £2.99. On checkout it changed to £6.95!!!! That’s extortionate, and yes I tried to change the timings for delivery and the free remained the same.

Didn’t let me put in card details half the time and then when I did it froze my screen saying it was verifying with the bank - eventually it blocked me from trying saying “fraud”, so had to buy it at the counter where I lost a discount

Message for developers- please add the Gants Hill branch to the app. It has been open for a couple of years but still hasn’t been added! I’ve been waiting for it.
The gps locator doesn’t work when I click on it to locate my local store and every branch says 0.0 miles away- there’s no accurate distance location.
