Either defective or fraud … and I think it’s fraud
You can wrap KAS but you can never unwrap it. But that’s not even the worst part. I sent wrapped KAS and a small amount of ETH for transaction fees to this wallet. They went through. They showed up in the wallet. Less than a week later, same wallet, they were gone. They haven’t moved on chain but they’re gone from my wallet. Synced, updated, even restored my wallet from the same seed — nothing. Zero. Contacted the only email address they publicly have for help, and a month later still no reply.

Worst customer service
Support doesn't answer and doesn’t solve problems. Be ready – you might never get your money back.
Phone number validation takes far too long
It was once a good app to use. These days it takes too long to get your number validated as they take days to send the code to your phone and once you receive it it’s no longer valid and you have to repeat the process taking you nowhere. Shame 😤
