Après avoir entrée mon mot de passe, il y a un chargement en continu qui ne se termine jamais.

Either defective or fraud … and I think it’s fraud
You can wrap KAS but you can never unwrap it. But that’s not even the worst part. I sent wrapped KAS and a small amount of ETH for transaction fees to this wallet. They went through. They showed up in the wallet. Less than a week later, same wallet, they were gone. They haven’t moved on chain but they’re gone from my wallet. Synced, updated, even restored my wallet from the same seed — nothing. Zero. Contacted the only email address they publicly have for help, and a month later still no reply.
The errors on this “bridge” only go in one direction: That’s the direction where your real coins are gone and maybe even your worthless bridged tokens are gone too.

Support doesn't answer and doesn’t solve problems. Be ready – you might never get your money back.
Phone number validation takes far too long
It was once a good app to use. These days it takes too long to get your number validated as they take days to send the code to your phone and once you receive it it’s no longer valid and you have to repeat the process taking you nowhere. Shame 😤
No option to import wallet
There is no option to import the wallet. When I open the app it ask to sign in using phone number or email then directly takes you to create wallet. Where is import wallet option. Any help would be appreciated.

They change your password after setting it up so you can withdraw

Overall great
Supports many coins and tokens, Qubic is something I’ve been waiting for in particular. I found no issues with the current version. Perhaps it could be a bit faster. Can’t wait for Chainge 2.0!

I’ve been using chainge for about 4 months with no problem.. recently the app wasn’t loading and I have a sizeable amount of funds on there. I am unable to access the app and need customer support. This needs to be looked into asap

Не работает на iPhone 15pro max - после установки выскакивает окно ввода почты или номера телефона..если ввести любой предложенный вариант, то далее ничего не происходит. Окна не активные.
Stolen/Lost Funds
Storing Kas on here and I open account and balance is $0. Refresh same thing. Logout, re-login, same thing $0 balance. So I even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling, putting in my seed phrase and now it won’t load in interface to do anything. Thanks for stealing my money. Will be reaching out to customer service.
