Muchas gracias por reportar este problema. Sí ofrecemos soporte en español, y las instrucciones deberían reproducirse y pronunciarse correctamente en español. Lamentamos mucho la mala experiencia con el audio y el “spanglish”. Vamos a revisarlo y ajustarlo lo antes posible para que las instrucciones sean claras y fáciles de entender. Gracias por ayudarnos a mejorar la app. Updated (May, 9 2026) Please update the app to the newest version, and the exercise instructions and audio should now work properly in Spanish. Thank you again for helping us improve the app.

We've had over 5,000 successful redemptions, so the process does work as intended, but clearly, we need to make it more obvious. We're actively looking into how to make this clearer for new users.
