This app has made my life so much easier, I started off using an actual book and when I started to pick up with clientele, I went app shopping. I couldn’t really find an app that did everything I needed it to do, as a nail tech. Until I found this one, this one did. The creator worked really closely with someone in the field and even though it’s good now I know it’s gonna keep getting better! Thanks will from chairwatch 🫱🏽🫲🏼

Best booking for service providers!
This app is user-friendly for provider and client as well. The customizable features are unmatched and the $ versions if needed, are reasonable rates. A constantly improving system and timely interactions with troubleshooting are also a plus. Glad to have this app available and would absolutely recommend.

Something is wrong
I don’t know what is going on but whenever I log in I’m pushed out and have to keep logging in I’m deleting this app because it’s to complicated I’d rather pay glossup at least I can manage it

I don’t know how to feel I thought they would have got better, but my app keeps crashing when I try to view my clients appointments. My loyalty program also dosent work. I’ve tried to get in contact with them and haven’t heard back. I may have to switch companies again.
Customizations UNMATCHED!!
I’ve tried several booking sites for my nail business and not one has had this many customizations! The fact that I can customize each service if I wanted to, like I can choose to perform a specific service on specific days! I can designate certain services to a specific location! I can offer services OUTSIDE of my business hours AND charge depending on whether it’s before or after I open & close, I can even have a separate fee for my off days!! Yall it goes on n on…I do think it could be just a little more user friendly, but I’d recommend ChairWatch to any and every service provider! Oh yall and when you cash out (withdraw your funds)….NO FEES!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
