This app is user-friendly for provider and client as well. The customizable features are unmatched and the $ versions if needed, are reasonable rates. A constantly improving system and timely interactions with troubleshooting are also a plus. Glad to have this app available and would absolutely recommend.

I don’t know what is going on but whenever I log in I’m pushed out and have to keep logging in I’m deleting this app because it’s to complicated I’d rather pay glossup at least I can manage it

I don’t know how to feel I thought they would have got better, but my app keeps crashing when I try to view my clients appointments. My loyalty program also dosent work. I’ve tried to get in contact with them and haven’t heard back. I may have to switch companies again.
Customizations UNMATCHED!!
I’ve tried several booking sites for my nail business and not one has had this many customizations! The fact that I can customize each service if I wanted to, like I can choose to perform a specific service on specific days! I can designate certain services to a specific location! I can offer services OUTSIDE of my business hours AND charge depending on whether it’s before or after I open & close, I can even have a separate fee for my off days!! Yall it goes on n on…I do think it could be just a little more user friendly, but I’d recommend ChairWatch to any and every service provider! Oh yall and when you cash out (withdraw your funds)….NO FEES!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

No Brainer
Everything Ive ever wished for in all my previous booking sites combined into one amazing platform. I love that it’s 100% customizable, and we can upload more than 1 photo per service making the booking site more like an actual website where we can build a portfolio outside of social media. It keeps records of everything and is hands down the easiest to work with.

I recently made the switch to the chair watch app and I immediately fell in love! The chair watch app is literally a website, booking app, personal assistant, calendar, and loyalty program all in one. This app has literally every feature I could ask for. This app is perfect for nail techs and any service provider! This app allows you to organize your services, add ons, portfolio and policies all in one place providing your clients with a much more streamlined experience. They are so helpful and communicative. I literally downloaded the app a few days ago and as soon as I signed up I heard from one of the developers which I thought was really kind and welcoming. You can tell the app cares about its users.
