I’m really confused as to why this has any stars. None of the sound works. It is literally nothing more than staring at a chakra symbol & then a page with basic information, some of which you cannot even read because of the color. I don’t even know what people do with this honestly…. Even if it had sound, so what? There is so much to learn about the chakras… and staring at a symbol while listening to sound offers nothing. I thought that it would at least demonstrate the mantra or have something to follow. Unless my app is broke, this was a total scam.

Thanks for your response! Sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience! I'm not sure you have your settings right on your device / app / settings and for your audio and sound issues. In the info tabs under "iPhone settings" are some more suggestions for optimal use. As stated in subtitle name of app, "Chakra Chi" is "Sound and Color therapy". The purpose this app was meant to be simple, to use color and sound therapy, without needing color therapy glasses and tuning forks. A meditation to slow down and do nothing but breathe and focus on the appropriate color and sound/ Hz frequency of each chakra. As suggested in a dark room (to take in the color) and with headphones on (to overshoot the capacity of the phone's microphone). A lot of care was taken in a recording studio with the tunning forks associated with each chakra and same with singing bowls, to ensure the exact HZ frequency for each chakra. There's more info about chakras and best practices to use app, in the info tab "about chakras, how to use, enhance your experience etc." You're right, there is a lot to learn about chakras! Sounds like you were thinking it was a guided chakra meditation. Which we have another app called "Higher Mediation" which is a verbal guided meditation through each of the seven chakras. Doesn’t play in background

I like it but it needs to be able to play in the background like when you want your phone to sleep but still listen to it.

Not worth the expense.

Updated for the base to crown sequence and the throat chakra sound stops after 2 seconds and the ajna chakra doesn’t even begin. If anyone cares to be wait from the colour therapy simply take snapshots of the chakra colour pictures in the app preview and use appropriate vibrations and mantras to the snap as it is a complete waste of money to invest in this app especially the root to crown sequence.

Great app for centering & self-tuning

Beautiful app to learn about Chakras

I have been using this app for about a year and love it. I was new to Chakras and energy channel healing when I began and this app is perfect for learning the Chakras and the connections they have to our physical and emotional selves. The color and sound therapy help you go so much farther for unblocking energy.
I use it in conjunction with the developer’s other app Seven Sounds to do a full Chakra cleansing. Highly recommend!

I love it but what is the bing in the middle?

I love the app but was disturbed when there is a loud bing every couple minutes in the middle of the sound frequency? It startles me every time. What is it?

No background play?

All the chakras for a good price, but seriously, the sounds won't play in the background or when the screen goes to sleep? It's 2019. Also would be nice if it could cycle through all the chakras without having to manually change.

The sound volume / sleep mode is something you can override on your phone by doing this: > settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock > Never (select Never) Also your suggestion of having an option of cycling through all the chakras will be implemented in the next version release.
