Been using the app for a while . No problem. Last mont it’s been a nightmare. So far I’ve tried almost every day to down loading my session notes. . It says it was sent but it doesn’t. So I wind up double chewing two slight to make sure it was received by challenge, So far I’ve spent w hrs trying to check to see it certain notes were transmitted and all I get is try again later. I thought this was supposed to save time . Right know the answere is a fat no. Ps I m home and trying to acces the info through my computer and ao far. The answere is no. Stay tuned. I may need to write these note up. { 2 weeks worth ) and get them signed so I can get paid. Tune in tomorrow for the next chapter in my novela. As the Challenge Evolves. I spoke to the developer. Very kind and concerned person. It problem has yet to be reoslved.

Why five days limitation on writing a session note ?
The therapist is only allowed to write a session note within five days of the session when a session note was not written for any reason on the same day. Extremely Inconvenient whenever the child is only receiving one session per week.
