Problematic
(1) App and Website not synchronized; (2) Lose data often and have to redo; (3) Lots of intermittent problems; (4) Unusable on iPad - often 3/4 of the session note screen is not visible and it requires exiting and reentering the app several times; (5) Unpredictably times out and work is lost; (6) When problems are brought to support team, they are not fixed. Instead, unreasonable work-arounds are provided. (7) spent 2 years typing sideways on iPad because screen would not rotate - that was somewhat fixed. Still have to rotate iPad to complete intermittently.

It’s so quirky and never is updated to prevent failed submissions for simple errors that should be caught before syncing-at times I dread opening this app-a Jeckle and Hyde app

I wish that the drafts synced across the web application and the phone application. I fill out my session notes and save them as drafts on my web and want to confirm and capture a signature on the app, but they’re not syncing.
: Useful App but Needs Screen Rotation Suppor
Our agency recently started using this app for services, and overall, it has been helpful in streamlining processes and improving efficiency. However, I noticed that the app does not support screen rotation. Even when the portrait orientation is unlocked, the screen remains fixed, which can be inconvenient at times, especially for users working with devices that support landscape mode. I would greatly appreciate an update to include screen rotation functionality. This feature would enhance usability and make the app more adaptable for different device setups.
