SERIOUSLY WHY HAVE THE OPTION FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IF 99% OF YOUR DRIVERS DONT ACCEPT THEM. A WHOLE 40 MINUTES FOR A CAB (MY CARD WAS ALREADY CHARGED TWICE) . TAKE OFF THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION ON THE APP MAKES NO SENSE

The app shows a price and when you get to the location the driver wants to charge you more saying that the app it's wrong with the prices

Ladies for your own safety do not use this cab company!! A whole bunch of rude perverts who are disrespectful and overcharge if you let them. Dont let them fool you. If you do use this company try to avoid car#93. Trust me from personal experience. ;)

I'm not the type to write reviews but I think I should this because I honestly did not like the service champion has provided me. I decided to call them for the first time because I saw that they advertise this company so much, and i saw that they had an app that you can download on your phone. It's not everyday you hear that you can order a cab from a company in corona through an application. So I ordered the first the and everything was fine the service was fine. The next day I ordered again through the application to pay with my credit card and after I ordered a cab, a lady calls me and tell me that if I want a cab with a creditcard machine I have to call the base. What's the point of the application if I have to call the base. That's why the application is there right? The lady was rude to begin with so I just brushed it off. Te next day I decided to order champion again and I decided to call since they made a big deal about how I had to call the base if I wanted to pay with a credit card. A Man answered the phone and I asked him if he can send me a cab that accept creditcard. He just sighed and said 10 min and hung up. I brushed that off too. The next day I ordered from them again and I got the same man on the phone. Once again, I ordered a cab with a credit card and this man literally complained. He's like "hay dios mio un taxi con tarjeta de credito ugh! 10 minutos" and I was just shocked at how he reacted. I called him back and just cancelled the cab. I went with my regular cab company which I call everyday Cibao taxi service. And they were wonderful. They know what service is all about. Today April 13 I called the champion again to give them another shot and everything was fine except for the fare. 22 dollars?! From corona to lic. Any cab company in queens charged me 15 or less in corona and these people want to charge 22 dollars. I told the driver "but I always pay 15" and he's like but that's what the base priced the fare. So I just told him to charge the card. But apart from the horrible service I recieve just to get a cab with a credit card, I have to pay an overpriced fare?! Hell no.
