What's New in ChampionsDex

0.11.2

November 2, 2026

Major update: We rebuilt all our data, and you can now reference 41 Regulations all the way back to VGC 2008. Any Regulation: You can now pick any Regulation from VGC 2008 to Reg M-C, grouped by Game, from any page. Before, only Reg M-A and Reg M-B were available, and some pages did not let you pick both. Each page now has the data of your selected Regulation. Under VGC 2008, for example, Garchomp has only Sand Veil, the Type chart has no Fairy type, and High Jump Kick is called Hi Jump Kick. You can also search by these older names. When something is not Legal in your selected Regulation, the page falls back to the newest Regulation of your Game where it is Legal, or else the nearest Game, and you are alerted to the change at the top of the page. Before, opening such a page could switch your Regulation. If you never picked a Regulation, you now start on Reg M-C. Every Page: We rewrote every fact across every page. There are now more than twice as many Counterplay rows, and their numbers are now the exact values the games use, such as 3277/4096 (0.8×). Pokémon pages now have History. We also added 197 Item pages, 41 Form pages, 20 Move pages and 11 Mechanic pages, including Same-Type Attack Bonus (STAB) and PP. Each Stat page now has a list of what changes that Stat. Before, Stat pages had only "Not built yet". Moves in Pokémon Champions Regulations now accurately show Champions PP, so Protect has 8 PP instead of 5. Regulation Pages: Regulation pages now have the events that used each Regulation and the dates it was in use. "What Changed" is now "New since", and you can open each count to see every entry. Before, a count opened only the first one. Fixes and Polish: - Switching Regulations is now about 3 times faster. - Show all lists now open with motion instead of jumping, and the Type Matchups explanation fades in. - Improved VoiceOver: page titles and section headings are now headings, selected options and the sort order are read aloud, and you can read the Type Matchups chart. - Fixed text that was cut off or broke one letter per line at larger text sizes. - Raised small labels to 12pt and made faint text darker. - Buttons and links now have larger tap areas. - With Reduce Motion on, scrolling now fades the tab bar in place instead of sliding it off the screen. - Replaced the icons on buttons and menus with a new set. - While a Regulation loads, the Regulation Selector now stays open with a spinner. - Fixed a crash when a Regulation failed to load. - Switching Regulations now removes Home filters the new Regulation does not have and updates open Search results. - Recently Viewed now appears as soon as you tap the empty search field. - You can now tap underlined names on Mechanic pages to open their pages. - Fling and Natural Gift tables now fit the screen. - Added art for three Mega Forms that had a grey placeholder. - Fixed how Farfetch'd, Sirfetch'd and Flabébé are written. - Removed separate pages for the six Minior colors and five Pikachu costumes.

Best Pokedex for Pokemon Champions

This is the best pokedex I’ve tried. It’s the only app that clearly explains the hidden mechanics of moves, abilities, terrain, etc. It feels like a curated wikipedia where everything is linked, and there's and easy access type chart. Also, the design is clean. Well done!
