I love this app cuz it’s amazing also handy to COP shoes and whatnot also to reserve Air Jordan Kicks 2 COP. I recommend this app to anyone and everyone who wants to COP Air Jordan Kicks!!!!
The Truth
I like champs as a shoe store but this freaking app is overly annoying. It keeps making me resign in and change my password. I always save my email and passwords in my phone so that way it can just scan my face and auto put in the email and password. Well every time i try to login it says “we don’t recognize this email” then when i try to make an account with that email it says “we already sense that this email has an account or as been registered” I’m having to click forgot password and make up a whole new password every time i try to log back into this app. It’s so annoying they need to fix this.

I can’t even get into my shopping cart. It just gets on a frozen page. I have to get off the app and actually go on my computer in my office to use the champs website but my iPhone 15 Pro. Max won’t support the app on champs

I am not able to access the release of shoes nor pick any as I was able to do so before I updated the app.

Systems making me change my password
I’ve changed my login password 4 -5 times then it says it’s wrong and I just changed it. I even screenshot my passwords. And the app logs me out I’m on my own phone

The Gamma sweatpants are true to size not extremely hot nice for a breezy cool day.
Horrible Service
Won’t allow you to make a purchase. Called Customer Service and was told that all my cards was the problem, but they all work just fine elsewhere. Bad service and terrible experiences. Servers are always crashing or down during a release. Bad app don’t waste your time downloading.

Often get an error message when signing up for releases and doing other simple functions in app :(

Every time i try to make a account it says error now it just freezes and nothing happens when i click continue only sneaker app that ive had problems with

So i tried to get a pair of sneakers i really liked and it keeps saying “an error occurred” try again later. When i wanted to add it to my cart i tried for 20 min. Whoever is running the tech for the champs and footlocker apps needs to fix the issues because these apps are not great when trying to order shoes! MY ACCOUNT GOT LOGGED OUT BY THE APP AND SAID IT doent recognize my email or pssword fix your app footlocker! Also it always keeps crashing saying “something went weong” and sneakers that show up as if they restock arent actually there when you click on them. Same goes for footlocker app.

Non Responsive
This app is horrible! I can’t scroll or select my sneaker size because the app is ALWAYS non responsive! I tried to reset my phone & uninstall the app but it’s the same problem. I can’t do anything with this app which is disappointing because I love the store. I hope y’all fix this.
