Horrible service
I ordered the triple black nike mind 001 slides, upon receiving them i noticed they were i size to big so i returned them exactly how they were sent to me. They received the slides back and told me they couldnt process the return because the slides were worn mind you i never wore the slides because they were a size too big so i never wore them. What are your analysts doing over there? I feel like they just wanted to sell my slides to make more money instead of just sending me a smaller size. Never had this problem before. And i also ordered the air force one mamba dodgers and they sent them to me with scratches and issues with the material. They had no problem sending them to me in that condition now i cant return the slides. I will not be shopping with you guys anymore especially since you cant reach anyone via phone. MAKE SHOE STORES GREAT AGAIN.
