The fact you can only order one thing at a time In your cart is ridiculous. I stopped shopping on goat for this reason. My son wanted these socks so I ordered them. I wanted two pair but whatever nothings going to change

I’ve paid 370 for some shoes i wanted and i’ve never received them it’s been over 3 months with nothing about where they are i’ve even asked for a refund but the support team hasn’t told me how i can get one they just keep saying “your shipping is in transit” extremely disappointed with how i’ve been treated don’t buy from these scammers

Malgré l’achat de chaussures à gros prix, lorsque la qualité du produit n’est pas au rendez-vous, le vendeur (GOAT) n’offre aucun service après vente. Ils renvoient vers le fournisseur de la marque, lesquels ne peuvent rien faire non plus puisqu’ils n’ont pas été acheté chez eux.
Bref, on se retrouve avec des chaussures que GOAT identifie comme authentiques, mais qui se sont dégradés trop rapidement pour de l’usure normale, sans possibilité de remplacement ou de remboursement/dédommagement.

No Refunds
I bought some Nike Goadome boots and they broke walking the minute I put them on. Thank God I wasn’t far from home. When I made the claim they told me that the model was created in 2012 and that they were not going to refund me anything. As if the customer cared about that. They also told me it’s their store policy. If something happens to the sneakers you buy, they won’t give you anything back.

Goat used to be a decent outlet. Not anymore. It’s a gamble, really—roll the dice and see what you get.
Maybe it’s a “damaged box” that is anything but.
Or recently it was a “workmanship “ issue because Nike used too much paint?! Cmon.
And let’s talk about their pricing scheme. As a seller you price an item competitively and you think that’s the transaction price. Nope. In addition to a 9.5%, commission, $5 per sale fee for shipping to them (when the buyer also pays $14.95–and given the volume they move, that’s probably twice what they actually pay UPS), 2.9% charge for moving your money to your bank, they tack $15 right onto your listing price.
The commissions, hidden and non hidden fees, slow to reply/canned-answers, tone deaf customer service, policies that benefit neither the seller nor the buyer, inconsistent criteria for evaluating shoes... Some days you just wanna flip em the middle, jump platforms and move on.
Can they do better? Oh God yes.
Will they? Doubtful.
Are they better than their main competitor? I think so. But that is an incredibly low bar to reach.
If none of this bothers you, then go for it!

Horrible customer service they barely even looked into me never getting my shoes and told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I have bought from goat for more then 5 years but now I’m completely done with goat.

Really like browsing through all the shoes that are available, a trip down memory lane. I am still learning how to navigate the site, how to make bids, and even how to purchase after finding the shoes that I was looking for. Some things are not that intuitive.
