Horrible service
I ordered the triple black nike mind 001 slides, upon receiving them i noticed they were i size to big so i returned them exactly how they were sent to me. They received the slides back and told me they couldnt process the return because the slides were worn mind you i never wore the slides because they were a size too big so i never wore them. What are your analysts doing over there? I feel like they just wanted to sell my slides to make more money instead of just sending me a smaller size. Never had this problem before. And i also ordered the air force one mamba dodgers and they sent them to me with scratches and issues with the material. They had no problem sending them to me in that condition now i cant return the slides. I will not be shopping with you guys anymore especially since you cant reach anyone via phone. MAKE SHOE STORES GREAT AGAIN.

I ordered a medium and they gave me a large and I put in a request to return it I still haven’t got confirmation haven’t even worn it yet and I think this is how they get your money, if you buy be sure and be ready to not get a refund if needed

DO NOT USE GOAT
While goat has a vast variety of products, they have been extremely dirty. I ordered Nike Air Max 1000.2’s and received Tory Burch metal miller women’s sandals. I had countless emails with customer support, and gave them all proper angles of the shoes that I was given and all I got was a “it appears that the product label has been tampered with” and they are refusing my return and refund. Whether this was a slip up in the processing, a lazy worker, or fraud, the company takes NO responsibility for shipping the wrong thing. Even the senior customer experience specialist Ray L. Simply claimed that “However, our review found no indication that the item was switched on our end” and basically told me tough luck. Now I am out over $230 bucks and stuck with a pair of women’s sandals. Goat will never receive my service again and I strongly advise that they won’t receive yours either.

This app is great it’s supper easy to navigate. My one complaint is that it keeps logging me out and saying that my account is blocked for “suspicious activity” my question is what suspicious activity? If they could fix that, that would be great!
