I’ve been using goat and its comp since 2016. Goat will literally have your order waiting for 2 weeks just to cancel ! With no explanation !! Happened multiple times to me.

everytime i sell a legit brand new never been used product they always say it's "used" and show marks that were never there before, it's like they try on the shoes just to make them look used.

Horrible Customer Experience
The functionality of the app is terrible. There is no way to edit shipping address. When ordering it says you can update shipping but that did not happen. A support request to update shipping was avoided and delayed until 30 min after they shipped to the wrong address, when they closed my support request saying I needed to take up shipping with the shipping carrier. I’ve heard worst stories about this company. Go to eBay

Very confusing
I will never purchase from GOAT again. It was such a hassle. I believe you need a customer service line to help with the confusion not an email.
GOAT canceled my order after 2wks, then raised the price. Didn’t honor original price purchased shoe
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with GOAT. My order was confirmed, and I waited two weeks for it to ship. Then, out of nowhere, my order was canceled with the explanation that the seller could no longer fulfill it and that they were unable to find another seller with my size.
However, when I checked the website immediately afterward, the exact same shoes in my size were still available—they were just listed at a higher price than what I originally paid. Instead of honoring my confirmed order, GOAT canceled it and now expects me to repurchase the same shoes for more money.
To make matters worse, I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, and no one has followed up to resolve the issue or even explain why they won’t honor the original purchase price.
This experience has been frustrating and feels unfair. A confirmed order should be honored whenever possible, especially when the same item and size are still being sold on the platform. I expected much better customer service and accountability from GOAT.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER
Bought 4 items in this app for my daughter birthday and they charge me full price,2 of them was cancelled right away,they promised a full refund with 3 business day and is already pass a month since i did the purchase and ask for my money back,I never received my money back,also is impossible to talk with someone on the customer service,even the number they have on the app doesn’t work its all automated message,DONT BUY FROM THIS APP ,ITS A SCAMMER.

shoes aren’t shipping and there’s no customer service
I genuinely ordered Travis Scott’s on 4/30 and now it’s 5/10 and still nothing. The seller hasn’t even sent them to goat yet and goat is doing absolutely nothing about it. They won’t match me with a new seller or anything and I sent a ticket multiple days ago and they never emailed me back. there’s no actual customer support, just an AI. wtf

Navigating the app not so much. Unsure of what buttons can be pressed and very delayed at that. Searching delay in typing and the user friendliness of the app is kinda lost. Stuff moving around and updates do not help. This app needs to be smoother and seamless.
But I love Goat when I cant get something on SNKRS or Adidas!
