The app crashed multiple times while I was watching the class videos.

Since there is no desktop view available, attending classes on a mobile phone is extremely inconvenient. I need to charge my phone frequently while watching classes, which impacts both the device and my eyesight. I have raised this concern multiple times over the past three months and they have repeatedly
assured that the feature would be launched soon; however, no progress has been made. This situation reflects a lack of proper attention to student concerns. If there is no concrete plan to introduce the desktop view, you should not be given false expectations to students.
