The app crashed multiple times while I was watching the class videos.
Negligence
Since there is no desktop view available, attending classes on a mobile phone is extremely inconvenient. I need to charge my phone frequently while watching classes, which impacts both the device and my eyesight. I have raised this concern multiple times over the past three months and they have repeatedly
assured that the feature would be launched soon; however, no progress has been made. This situation reflects a lack of proper attention to student concerns. If there is no concrete plan to introduce the desktop view, you should not be given false expectations to students.

Am preparing for CAT sir, but my basics are under sea, just bec of your model wise lectures my basics were so strong now am confidently starting my actual CAT questions of course those questions were difficult but still because of my strong basics am able to think about the question sir, and analysing the question sir. And unfortunately most of the times am able to solve them sir, it’s just because of your work for us, made me to grow further in my career. Unable to download
After downloading the videos , the videos clips disappears from the screen. I have downloaded the video multiple times after it gets completed the video is no longer visible in downloaded tab. Please fix the issue.

1 1 there is no back floating button in the ipad os , we hve to restart the app to watch new video,. Every time it is difficult to restart the app to watch new video ..2)the course which we purchased is not reflecting in the main page , we have go to my zone and then search for the course we have purchased.. pls make sure it reflects on the main page itself, so that it will be easier to access the course.. 2 for first few minutes audio and video will be in sync together but after that there is lag in audio video syncing, pls resolve this.

He was concentrated in looting money instead of developing app... worst app..no website to watch we need to watch in app only...but app is too worst...content is good...but what is the use when we cant use it properly.

I recommend the classes but the application. A big no. Needs to be approved in many aspects like below- first and foremost I am try to get a otp from past 1 hour and support team is also not able to help. Second is we don’t have an option to give password in ios login only way is with otp. Third one is we can watch videos on laptop

Issue with downloaded videos
After updating the app the downloaded videos are not at all playing in offline mode. Its a serious issue of concern.
