Excellent Study App

Feedback Regarding Course Access Duration
In comparison to other platforms on the market, courses priced at ₹500 or more typically offer a minimum validity of six months. However, the current two-month validity period here is too short. Many of our learners come from middle-class backgrounds and cannot afford to repurchase courses every two months. Please consider our request to extend the minimum course validity to four or six months.

Negligence
Since there is no desktop view available, attending classes on a mobile phone is extremely inconvenient. I need to charge my phone frequently while watching classes, which impacts both the device and my eyesight. I have raised this concern multiple times over the past three months and they have repeatedly
assured that the feature would be launched soon; however, no progress has been made. This situation reflects a lack of proper attention to student concerns. If there is no concrete plan to introduce the desktop view, you should not be given false expectations to students.
