Can’t log in
How do you even log in? There is no actual log in page. I put my phone number and everything it’s asking but then says that I got to use a new email because my email is already in use on another account. Well of course it is….because I made one.

The latest update broke the app. It just closes instantly when I try to open it.
Really bad
I shouldn't be so harsh because when you secure a ride it's cheap, but most of the time it doesn't show an available ride, making this unreliable and useless.
Terrible for students
When I order rides the app sends drivers to a spot where I cannot be dropped off or else I get in trouble with the school, some drivers will listen to me and drop me at the location I request but many give me a rude response . You also cannot see who your driver is before getting a ride which is very uncomfortable. Allow me to create my own route or at least edit the destination drop of location .

The customer service dept is full of incompetent idiots that can’t assist with the most simplest incident. What is the requirement to work for this company? Be intellectually disabled ?
Difficult to secure rides
I tried booking a 10 minute trip within the service area to a popular rec center for a good while. No rides could be found. It only showed directions for a transit route that wld turn the same 10 minute trip into 2 and a half hours… I think calling this on-demand transit is misleading 😅

such an easy way to get my middle schooler to school everyday since i’m unable to drop him off. the app is easy to use and gives you all the details you need to know like name, license plate number, and ETA 🙂
Amazing service
Super clean vehicle and kind driver. First time utilizing the service for my family (students) saves me precious time to focus on my own studying. I like how I am able to monitor the trip and share with my kids. We will definitely be a loyal family to the Chandler FLEX team. Thank you Chandler Flex!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rude racist driver
Driver screaming at passengers… most of the time Chandler Flex is dealing with high school students. I see a lawsuit underway. Givench the thick Russian driver loses his cool constantly. Embarrassing.

A hot mess tbh
The service is great… if you can get it to work! Every day I get an error message that the service runs from 6am-9pm…. During those times! So I call in and they tell me to wait until 6am. I have to tell them it’s past that already, and then they escalate out because there’s an error. Every day. Great thing that’s offered in chandler, but not very reliable.

please extend the boundaries what’s the point of being called “chandler flex” if you only go to a limited amount of places! every time i try to get home, i have to go to the mall first and uber to my place just because they won’t allow drop offs past a certain point, even tho my house is 5 minutes away from Chandler Fashion Center 😑

It’s good.
It’s really great. At the moment all rides in chandler district are free. It works like Waymo and the drivers are super nice.
