Great resource

It is a nice and easy way to complete an assessment of an organizations readiness for change. I wish it would let you save the results and name it so we could see the progress we are making.

Don't Judge what you don't understand

Unless you understand change management, please don't judge the app harshly. As a CPI expert, I am very impressed with this app. And you can't beat free.
