Great resource
It is a nice and easy way to complete an assessment of an organizations readiness for change. I wish it would let you save the results and name it so we could see the progress we are making.
Good sanity check
If you are a leader leading a large change, this is a quick tool to check your thinking with. C level exec should always ask these questions. Good conversation starter too!

Don't Judge what you don't understand
Unless you understand change management, please don't judge the app harshly. As a CPI expert, I am very impressed with this app. And you can't beat free.

This is stupid. Change from what to what. You know, not all change is good.
