worst app ever
my husband and my three boys went to a trip to Mexico and the Chapperone app was the worst. First of all it said my three boys were in Taiwan so I can never really know where they were second of all my husband found a boyfriend so that's that's something. I will never be using this app again. I hope this app gets taken down for how bad it is and I will be going back to Life360 where everyone else should go.

Must have for school trips
I have an annual ski trip (All Boys Catholic Highschool) and have used The Chapperone app for several years. The app allows for real time updates to parents and administrators. I am also able to broadcast out messages to participants whilst on our trip. It centralizes medical and emergency contact docs allowing for paperless trip management. Trust and transparency is key and this technology allows me to reinforce these values to parents and school administrations. The “chap app” is part of the fabric of our trip-Thank you for helping collate memories for families!

Easy to set up, parents liked being able to upload forms directly in app, easy to share trip updates. Made the trip itself so much smoother. Will definitely use again.
Fantastic app
This app was so helpful! Took a trip to NYC and loved having all the student documents available. Plus the messaging was such a bonus. It made trying to wrangle 64 teenagers almost easy. Parents loved getting the updates. We use this on all our trips at our school but this was the first time setting it up, and it was really easy. I had a couple of questions for customer support, and they were amazingly responsive and helpful. Fantastic experience with Chapperone.
