worst app ever
my husband and my three boys went to a trip to Mexico and the Chapperone app was the worst. First of all it said my three boys were in Taiwan so I can never really know where they were second of all my husband found a boyfriend so that's that's something. I will never be using this app again. I hope this app gets taken down for how bad it is and I will be going back to Life360 where everyone else should go.

Must have for school trips
I have an annual ski trip (All Boys Catholic Highschool) and have used The Chapperone app for several years. The app allows for real time updates to parents and administrators. I am also able to broadcast out messages to participants whilst on our trip. It centralizes medical and emergency contact docs allowing for paperless trip management. Trust and transparency is key and this technology allows me to reinforce these values to parents and school administrations. The “chap app” is part of the fabric of our trip-Thank you for helping collate memories for families!

Easy to set up, parents liked being able to upload forms directly in app, easy to share trip updates. Made the trip itself so much smoother. Will definitely use again.
Fantastic app
This app was so helpful! Took a trip to NYC and loved having all the student documents available. Plus the messaging was such a bonus. It made trying to wrangle 64 teenagers almost easy. Parents loved getting the updates. We use this on all our trips at our school but this was the first time setting it up, and it was really easy. I had a couple of questions for customer support, and they were amazingly responsive and helpful. Fantastic experience with Chapperone.

Such a great app, super user friendly, it made my 30-strong school trip a breeze. We all found it really helpful to have all the information on one portal, it was easy to navigate and get to grips with and an absolute bonus having all the forms online too. I will definitely use again for my future trips and highly recommend for any teachers leading on school trips. It’s good for school trips
Saved me hours of time
Now I’ve used Chapperone to help me plan my school’s ski trip, I can’t imagine ever being without it. What usually takes hours (endless emails back and forth with parents, going over spreadsheets and chasing missed forms) took no time at all. I barely did a thing! It was also amazing having everything to hand when I was on the trip. The app communication also made my life so much easier. My school has used the Chapperone app for a while now, but using this new pre-trip platform has just taken it to another level. I am so impressed by everything they have built. Also, their customer support is great - super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very easy to use and saved me so much time
I used the Chapperone platform to help plan my recent DC trip. It saved me endless hours of chasing parents for permission slips as it handled it all. So great not having to take a huge binder full of forms and notes as I could access everything with the app. Will never run a trip without it.
Made my life as a band director so much easier
We used the Chapperone web platform and app on a recent trip with 250 students. What usually takes me hours and hours (honestly days) took me so little time. Getting permission slips and seeing the automated reminders chase parents for me was a game changer. That’s usually the worst part of planning a trip, but this time it was a breeze. Parents also told me they liked having the trip info all in one place.
Using the mobile app for the trip was really easy and intuitive too. The communication tools were used so much.
I won’t be organizing another trip without Chapperone ever again! Definitely recommend.
