About

Charge Status shows you everything your battery isn't telling you. Plug in and watch your real charging speed appear live: percent per hour, estimated watts flowing into the battery, and a time-to-full that models how charging slows past 80%. • LIVE CHARGE SPEED — measured from your battery's actual behavior, sharpening within minutes of plugging in • ESTIMATED POWER — watts into the battery, honestly labeled as the estimate it is • TIME TO FULL — models the 80% trickle stage instead of pretending charging is linear • CHARGER & CABLE CHECK — an estimated grade of your setup against what your iPhone model can actually accept, so you know when a better adapter or cable would pay off • SESSION HISTORY — every charge recorded: range, duration, average watts • CONDITION AT A GLANCE — thermal state, charge stage, Low Power Mode Honest by design: iOS doesn't let apps read charger wattage or cable identity, so Charge Status derives everything from how fast your battery level actually changes — and tells you exactly which numbers are measured and which are estimates. Free for 7 days, then $4.99/year. No ads, no tracking, no data collection — everything stays on your iPhone. What's New in Charge Status

1.0.3

September 27, 2026

Accuracy • Correct battery capacity for iPhone 18 Pro Max in every region. The global model ships a different battery than the US model, and using the wrong one skewed watts, charger class, and the cable grade. • On an iPhone we don't yet have a battery size for, charge speed and time to full still work, because they don't depend on capacity. Wattage is now left blank instead of being guessed from an average. • Added iPhone Duo. Design • The charging readout showed the same measurement twice: percent per hour and watts are the same number in different units. They are now one reading with both units, and the space goes to time to full instead. • Refined the subscribe screen and scrolling edges with iOS 26 materials.
