Absolute nightmare
App constantly says you are offline and website says you are blocked . I have not once managed to charge my car !

Always shows „no connection“ which is definitely available (could download the app🙄)

Why does this app think my postcode (BL1 - Bolton) is in Tynemouth? Why does it not show chargers which are advertised under the same name on the internet. Seems a bit outdated?
Won’t open
App will not open, message says “Offline cannot connect to the internet, please try again”. However, I have good internet connection and also tried using 5G but still the same nesssge.
Tried also App support and their webpage can not be found so I’m assuming this company no longer exists?

Keep getting error message suggesting i need to connect with WiFi or mobile data but I’m already connected.

Extremely Poor on every level
This App is diabolical! It is so outdated it’s painful. It shows incorrect information on availability, pricing and doesn’t work with most machines on the network. If you don’t have a CYC card you can forget it. A perfect example of how poor the infrastructure is for EVs. Do yourself a favour and download either ZapMap or PlugShare, they are the real deal.
