Don’t waste your time
My phone died while trying to get the “insert country code and phone number” to work, no app support, no menus, no FAQ, just a money grab. They spent $200 on chargers and didn’t put any thought into the rest of the app. As a software engineer, I am qualified to say this app is terrible.

Half of them don’t work
I got one and the apple charger didn’t work and it was my first time using it. Called the customer service and refused to give us a refund. They’ll scam you if they don’t work.

Great service. But… why can’t the app show me where I’m at?
Great service. But… it’s odd that the map won’t show me exactly where I’m at… it just zooms way out to show me the whole area when I hit the icon to show my location. I want to know where I’m at on the map… seems like a basic function of finding a charge station quickly.

I paid $16 and it did not work. Theres no way to get in contact with someone so now Im just out of luck

Great and efficient device
I like it but I no longer need it. How do I get out?
Used on vacation. Was very handy. Now no stations anywhere near me since I’m home. Why can’t I can’t I remove my card? Companies love to save your card unnecessarily for life, then have a security breach. Let. Go. Of. The. Credit. Card. No real help for this on the app.

Untrustworthy
The advertisements for this app say that registering gets you your first hour free. Not true. The terms on their website say no deposit is required.. Not true either. I’m not going to give my card information to an application that has such disconcerting information.

The app specifically said that a $10 deposit is required to protect in case the device isn’t returned. That’s not a problem, but the back and forth is.

By registering for the service for the first time you will get 1 hour rent time for free. We ask for a credit card in case you'll decide to keep a power bank for a longer period of time. We do not charge a deposit from your card. For your convenience we have an option to pay for the service using apple pay. We hope you'll give the service another chance.
