Très utile. J‘ai utilisé à plusieures reprises au Japon et à Singapour. Ça a toujours fonctionné sans problèmes, et m‘a permis de charger mon iPhone 13 d’environ 20% à 80% en moins d‘une heure. L‘appli permet de trouver des endroits facilement et il semble toujours en avoir en proximité.
Ce qui est un peu nul c‘est qu‘il faut s’inscrire à nouveau dans chaque pays, et le processus n‘est pas toujours le même.
Mais, tout considèré, une solution vachement supérieure à un retour à l’hôtel ou devoir apporter sa propre pile pendant toute la journée.

Power Bank flat
Bad experience. The powerbank only able charge up to 33% on my iphone 14. Then power bank battery flat , not able charge further .

Terrible payment options
No Apple Pay, loosing card details all the time. For the area where payment fraud NOT an issue,they follow some stupid “best practices” to prevent “fraud issues”.

I was overcharged and it is impossible to dispute the charge. No email address or help in English, even though the app is in English.

Really convenient to use and you can find some almost everywhere. It saved my life a few times while being in Taiwan, Honk Kong and Japan
Malfunctioning
Full of chargers with malfunctioning cables that are unable to charge up phones. Returning it and repeat lending does not help as the same charger with the malfunctioning cables are given again. Better stop circulating the chargers which are actually malfunctioning which provide fake hopes to customers with dying batteries.

這次租了行充，以往遇到問題客服都很積極處理，結果這次租到一個完全充不了電的⋯可能是電源線接觸不良，反應之後客服也完全沒有要處理跟回覆的意思，等了好幾天完全沒有處理跟任何回覆，讓人白花錢⋯

機台太滿，沒地方還
感覺不需要每個機台都放滿行動電源，造成沒有空位還回去，曾經為了找有空位的機台跑好遠，不但拖延我租借時長浪費租金也本末倒置一點也沒有甲地乙還的方便了（現在都會不太敢隨便借，怕又沒地方還了！）

Scam but Works OK
The battery is a drip charger meaning an iPhone Pro Max and other newer iPhones will take about 5 hours to fully charge vs an hour to 80% with a fast battery charger. Do yourself a favor and buy a fast battery charger. This is just for emergencies which is good. But they charge by the hour(about $2/hour) so you’ll pay $10 to fully charge your phone which is ok, but you have to carry it around half the day or longer if you use your phone.
3/5 stars for no fast charging and only 1 plug type per battery(1x usb C, 1x lighting, and 1x micro USB) so you can’t charge two devices at once unless you have an older iPhone and newer one . Again, you pay per hour, not charge, so fast charging or multiple plugs for the same device type would be amazing.
