To rent a power bank, download the CharGo app, register with your phone number, and scan the QR code on a charging station. A power bank will then be dispensed for you to use.
CharGo power banks come equipped with charging cables for Apple, Micro-USB, and USB-C devices. They can also be used to charge other gadgets like wearables and headphones.
You can return the power bank to any CharGo charging station. This includes the same station you rented from, any other station shown on the app's map, or you can even charge it at home and use it the next day.
If you lose the power bank or forget to return it within three days, you will be charged a cost coverage fee. If you find it again after being charged, you can keep it.
