Necitaba cargar el móvil y cuando cogí el powebank no funcionaba y no hay forma de reclamar igualmente te lo cobran, se supone que 1 € media hora, yo lo tuve 15 minutos creyendo que estaba cargando y me han cobrado 2€ .. estoy flipando

I am very unsatisfied with your service and product. Almost a month ago, I used your power bank in Brussels. I was never refunded the 17 euros for the deposit, and when I returned the power bank within the specified time, 20 euros were debited without my consent. How is it possible for a service that should cost less than 3 euros per hour to end up costing me 37 euros? I filed a complaint in a timely manner, and I was told to wait a few days for the refund. I provided additional details and information promptly as requested. It's been over a month, and still nothing. Moreover, I have been blocked from the chat on my phone. What kind of service is this?
