Necitaba cargar el móvil y cuando cogí el powebank no funcionaba y no hay forma de reclamar igualmente te lo cobran, se supone que 1 € media hora, yo lo tuve 15 minutos creyendo que estaba cargando y me han cobrado 2€ .. estoy flipando

I am very unsatisfied with your service and product. Almost a month ago, I used your power bank in Brussels. I was never refunded the 17 euros for the deposit, and when I returned the power bank within the specified time, 20 euros were debited without my consent. How is it possible for a service that should cost less than 3 euros per hour to end up costing me 37 euros? I filed a complaint in a timely manner, and I was told to wait a few days for the refund. I provided additional details and information promptly as requested. It's been over a month, and still nothing. Moreover, I have been blocked from the chat on my phone. What kind of service is this?

Me han cobrado 50€ por una hora

Ha habido un error en el cobro. En la app me apetece el uso de 58’, que sería 1€ pero en el banco tengo una factura de 50€. Nadie me responde para darme una solución y que me devuelvan el dinero.

Très pratique de trouver ces distributeurs de batterie de secours dans les différents endroits de fête sur Paris car cela permet de ne plus stresser d’avoir plus de batterie en fin de soirée et de pouvoir utiliser les applications de VTC sereinement pour rentrer.
Prix très correct . Première utilisation et complètement fan

Conditions pas claires

Sur la borne, il est question d’une heure gratuite, sur l’appli, une demie-heure. Final, je n’ai pas eu de gratuité malgré l’info contraire dans le mail de confirmation.
C’est des petites sommes, mais je n’aime pas me prendre la tête pour ça. Je vais virer l’appli.

Une application et un service plus que pratique!

Quel bonheur...! J’ai pu passer toute la journée à avoir de la batterie avec moi pour le travail.
Simplement en installant l’application, scannant le QR-Code et j’ai reçu directement la batterie portable que j’ai gardé avec moi tout le long de la route. Une fois que je n’en ai plus eu besoin, j’ai pu la déposer dans une autre station qui était à proximité. Simple, efficace. Et sans stress!

Je recommande vivement !! :)

viel zu kompliziert- und nach 12 Minuten laden und anmelden funktioniert: gar nichts. Ein kleines Rädchen dreht sich laaaaaaaange auf dem leeren bildschirm. sonst nix.
Das blödeste daran: du brauchst ein funktionierendes Telefon, also geladene Batterie!, um überhaupt laden zu dürfen.
