minor issue
the app is back which is great i waited a few months for that but now there’s a glitch on the new arrivals section where if i scroll past a certain point (after like maybe 5 or so rows) the screen just goes white and i wish there was like a “for you” section where it gives suggestions based on what i already have saved instead of having to scroll through all the same sections with all the same clothes

Abandoned app!
I’ve been waiting for this app to come back for at least more than a year. I enjoy shopping at the stores but even the literal employees at the store don’t even know about the app being down, so this is a corporate thing. I want the app back but unfortunately it probably isn’t due to lack of service and literal insight to the consumers on when the app is going to work, I’d understand if it was going through “updates” but it’s more like they can’t afford the app functioning anymore. I’ve been a long time customer of Charlotte Russe and it’s just an inconvenience for people who don’t have a local in person store to purchase clothes. Please work on fixing the app so many people aren’t able access the store online at all.

This app and website is amazing!!!! When it was working I loved it. Very unique and affordable clothing. However…. Its hasn’t been working MONTHS now. It just has the same message that they are “updating the app” which is fine but not it feels excessively long.

i'm unsure if this is just a glitch on my end, but both the website and the app have been 'being worked on' since i got the app back in october. i have emailed them multiple times. no response. i've heard amazing things about this brand, and i wish i could order something to at least try it out.

Very annoyed
I love Charlotte Russe a lot! But the app has been under repair for almost a year now, I’ve bought from it online and in person many times, and the fact that it’s not just the app but the webstie that’s down too is so frustrating, please fix it soon, I’m just going to delete it if it’s not fixed.

It doesn’t work
I’m not one of those people that are “the app doesn’t work because it has adds🦶🫦” But for real, it doesn’t work, like when I get to the Home Screen of the app it pulls up the “Charlotte Russe” logo and that’s it. When I asked somebody else to download the app, instead of the logo on the home screen like what it showed on my phone, it said the app was being but they don’t know how long it will be 😙 but it is sad because I am OBSESSED with the store, so all I can say is, please fix the app soon I love y’all stores 🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧1️⃣1️⃣

The app is still down :( I wish I could get an update with how the revamp is going because this has been like this for months. I really like Charlotte Russe and their clothes but I really wanna know when my favorite clothes will come back.

This store like 3 to 4 years ago was amazing for me they has such cute clothes back then and now it’s just cheap 😭 and ugly

It would’ve Been A 4 star if they didn’t have any issues with the app. As it gave me other options to see if i’m interested, so when I click on it wouldn’t open the item I selected. Kindly correct this issues please. Thank you!
