takes WAY long to deliver

I bought my clothes Aug 11 and they keep getting delayed constantly it now says it’s showing up Aug 25 I was supposed to show up yesterday. Every time I order from here it takes 3-4 weeks! It makes me so angry and shipping it already 8 WHOLE DOLLARS why would I want to pay even more for “express”

I ordered 70$ worth of stuff all the way in May and the shipping carrier they used FedEx somehow damaged the package and Brandy won’t even give me a refund even though the package has clearly hasn’t been delivered to me

Why don’t you guys use USPS or even UPS?
