App needs an update
Love brandy, but the app is really annoying. It always logs me out and wipes out my wishlist and cart. please fix this
No way to see more colors
You can’t scroll to see the other colors they should really check that out.
RESTOCK
Restock now.
takes WAY long to deliver
I bought my clothes Aug 11 and they keep getting delayed constantly it now says it’s showing up Aug 25 I was supposed to show up yesterday. Every time I order from here it takes 3-4 weeks! It makes me so angry and shipping it already 8 WHOLE DOLLARS why would I want to pay even more for “express”
Brandy Shipping
I ordered 70$ worth of stuff all the way in May and the shipping carrier they used FedEx somehow damaged the package and Brandy won’t even give me a refund even though the package has clearly hasn’t been delivered to me
Why don’t you guys use USPS or even UPS?
Why don’t you guys use USPS or even UPS?
brandy melville is pissing me off
when using the app on an iphone i can’t scroll over to see all the colors of clothes it just gets stuck.
Brandy!!!
Ok I’m gonna be honest. The app works very well. It’s very well organized and very cutesy. It’s also very easy to check out. But the clothes… are great!!!! BUT I have some hot takes. They have supper cute and awesome stuff but it’s sells out so fast AND may never be able to purchase it again! And they also have limited sizes and colors for their clothing. If they just have more colors and sizes it would make their app ten times better. Also, the modeling is awful! They need more photos and better models, but it’s fine in the end. Also sometimes there clothes can fit a little weird, but it’s still SO CUTEE! All in all, apps amazing, clothes are so cute, but maybe just get more sizes and colors for there clothes.

Why I love Brandy Mellville
I love Brandy Mellville it's expensive but the clothes are super cute and it's sooo worth it 💅🏾💵🫰🏾
Discrimination towards body’s
Unless I saw something wrong or misunderstood, but this app is body discriminating! The largest size they have is a small. I’m a medium just one size higher. This made me feel bad for other ladies.
Shipping
I ordered at least a month ago and it hasn’t delivered yet and everytime I ask they give me an automated message and I’ve asked many times and it’s always automated
BUG
you can’t scroll between colors

Shorts
I love having my butt cheeks dangling out during school!!😻😻
I love the store but the app…🥀
i ask for a light gray top in the search bar and i get anything but a light gray top how wonderful 🥰🥰🥰
SIZES
PLEASE PLEASE make the sizes smaller again the clothes on me are huge and this brand was the ONLY one that was actually flattering and fits me when the sizes were smaller
limited
I love the store. Don’t get me wrong, but it’s really disappointing that they don’t have the options on the app as they do in the store. It is very limited, but they do ship very quickly.
Horrible
The app is so unorganized and horrendece no explanation needed
Sizes
I understand this brand makes “one size fits all” and it’s usually smaller fitting since this brand has usually supported smaller people. But I think it would be a grey idea to sell xxxs-m. Us small girlies never have small enough. PLEASEE!!!
