when using the app on an iphone i can’t scroll over to see all the colors of clothes it just gets stuck.

Ok I’m gonna be honest. The app works very well. It’s very well organized and very cutesy. It’s also very easy to check out. But the clothes… are great!!!! BUT I have some hot takes. They have supper cute and awesome stuff but it’s sells out so fast AND may never be able to purchase it again! And they also have limited sizes and colors for their clothing. If they just have more colors and sizes it would make their app ten times better. Also, the modeling is awful! They need more photos and better models, but it’s fine in the end. Also sometimes there clothes can fit a little weird, but it’s still SO CUTEE! All in all, apps amazing, clothes are so cute, but maybe just get more sizes and colors for there clothes.

I love the clothes but needs sizing, returns, and you cannot scroll to se the different colors of some items like the Amara tank you cannot se all the colors on the actual website please please please get this fixed

Discrimination towards body’s
Unless I saw something wrong or misunderstood, but this app is body discriminating! The largest size they have is a small. I’m a medium just one size higher. This made me feel bad for other ladies.

I can not make a account for sum reason
for some reason i can not make a account it blocks me out and tell me to try again later every single times cause it states "Retry. or check your connection" like yea im on wifi idk what it is talking about and ive even taken a break from trying to make a account and try WEEKS later and it still tells me the same thing. idk what is going on but i am very upset.

ordering process
don’t get me wrong love brandy i have lots of their clothes but that’s only because of in store.. the online process is a mess because i clicked order and it didn’t even go thru like a verification process or anything.. and all u had to do was put in ur email and it has access to ur credit and debit cards.. so when i clicked order the purchase was complete and i was baffled because it doesn’t even verify or whatever u need to do to typically order stuff and when i tried cancelling the order it wouldn’t let me.. not only that but if u want to ship it back U HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK WHICH IS LITERALLY THE COST OF MY ORDER PRACTICALLY so then at that point u might as well just keep the stuff. i’m happy with what i got, but i hope they can fix this..

the clothes are so perfect and cute but the shipping is honestly ridiculous and incredibly disappointing. my order took a week to ship and then stayed in the same spot for three days, only forty minutes away from me. so ridiculous. i wish i could like their online store but i cant.
