Worst Customer Service I’ve Experienced
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but the customer service made the situation even worse. There was no real accountability for their mistake, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. I had a vacation coming up, and because of their error, I didn’t have the outfit I specifically ordered.
The whole reason I shop online is for convenience and to have the clothes I need arrive on time. Instead, I was left dealing with a confusing return process and waiting for a resolution to a problem that wasn’t my fault. A simple apology isn’t enough when the company doesn’t offer a meaningful solution or show that they value their customers’ time.
This was a frustrating and stressful experience from start to finish. Based on how my order and customer service were handled, I would not recommend shopping here.

Horrible exchange policy
Extremely disappointed with White Fox’s exchange process. First, they charge $9.95 just to exchange an item, which is already frustrating. Then, after I returned the merchandise, it’s been over a week since they received it and I still have not been credited.
Customer service has been completely unhelpful — I keep getting automated responses instead of real answers. Coincidentally, now that all the sales are over, my issue is still unresolved. This feels misleading and unfair to customers.
I will not be ordering again due to the poor exchange policy and lack of real customer support

App is good but clothes?
App works amazing. 10/10 for that. The clothes having the name plastered in big lettering makes it seem cheap honestly. No way it should be 70$ for it to be only company name plastered. It screams cheap

This store is totally a scam!!! My daughter ordered the wrong sizes hoodies without consulting me. I emailed White Fox 20 minutes after the order was placed. They didn’t answer. Then, the status of the order changed from “Confirmed” to “Preparing”. I thought to return the order while it’s prepared so they don’t ship it since there is no a “cancellation” option. They canceled the 20% coupon of the new user although I never used it. They charged me $10 for a return label!!!!!! Which is really funny!!! They still have the hoodies, the hoodies aren’t shipped and they charge me for a return label!!! Totally crazy!! They also offer only a store credit, not a refund to the original payment method!!! A total SCAM!!!! Never again!!!!!
