I downloaded it to change my hair color and I've never seen an app this useless in my life. Even simple filter apps are more useful than this.
DO NOTT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
I just downloaded the app to see what it’s like, and i did not want to pay for any subscription. They claimed that they have a free trial subscription for 1 week, and i clicked it and confirmed and they took money from me immediately. I was very confused, and the normal monthly subscription cost is much lower than the amount they took from me. I’m assuming they charged me for a whole year, which i did not agree to paying for. And they do not reply to emails when you try contacting them. Do not waste your time and money on this app.

Can’t use the app
I paid for the subscription (yearly) however it won’t unlock all the app features saying I need to subscribe.
Issue with Annual Subscription Activation
Yesterday, I purchased the annual subscription for Charm AI, but unfortunately, the premium features have not been unlocked in the app.
I have verified that the payment was successfully processed, and I can see the active subscription in my account settings. I have also tried restarting the app and using the “Restore Purchase” option, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me resolve this as soon as possible?

I just wanted to try it and it offered a free trial but then it made me pay for a month. The app doesn’t have all the features you would expect and I just don’t like it.
Doesn’t work right
Every time I try to erase or remove something I. The app, it just turns black. It didn’t do this when I purchased it but has been doing it for some time now. It’s extremely frustrating.

Useless app. Very basic features and laggy
Great features, awful experience
Every time I want to use this I have to uninstall and reinstall as it won’t recognise I’ve paid my subscription, it just goes around in a circle trying to unlock the features and then telling me I’ve already subscribed. It won’t let me in. Used to love it and now it’s useless

Although it helps with a couple of the favored qualities, the overall ability to use this app is frustrating. I am able to do some small things to enhance my photos, but the things I was most excited about had to be bought. Once again, the app works on some things, but I wish it did a bit more and didn’t require such a “pro feature”.

Ok so I was playing a game when an ad for Selfix came up and I was like: “wow this looks like the perfect editing app!” So I downloaded it. The main thing on the ad that would motivate people to download it wasn’t even free! And yes I know how marketing works but still! But besides that, everything is completely fine with the app. They do give you a lot of things for free so I gave it 4 stars.
