Offline sync doesn’t work
Just spent so much time on a chart note offline, that did save properly, but then completely disappeared once it synced online. That was pretty much the entire reason i chose this platform with offline app capability. So frustrating.

Hello! The issue has already been resolved in a previous update. We suggest updating the app to version 3.0.2, and if any issues persist, please feel free to contact us at support@charmhealth.com.
Please fix the note template
I would really like to be able to finish my notes on here, but unfortunately it won’t let me load any notes with a specialized template. There’s a box that shows up says, “Soap notes with rich text editor is not supported in this version.” Thanks for reading my request.

No comprehensive note? Limited capabilities. Like that you can chart offline but SOAP notes are so ugly when complete. It's been almost 2 years since this has been updated. Too long!
Doesn’t work well with IPad
Either it doesn’t work well with IPad or it’s just poorly designed.
Appointments
I recently discovered the app and I have been using it since, but unless I'm doing something wrong, I would love to be able to make appointments from the app too, and don't have to leave the app, to go to your site to make the appointment in the calendar.
I also have a pain pic in the site that didn't transfer to the app.
