Bug Fixes?
Seems to me you missed a bunch of them! I try to login using my username and password only to get a message that I am trying to login using my “PHR” rather than my “EHR” and then has me boot out and start again to do the same thing over and over and over - what is this?!
So many bugs
The app calendar doesn’t synch with the desktop calendar, events are erroneously shown as repeating on my Google Calendar, the events are not shown in chronological order. A mess. I wish it was better as it would be helpful to use.
Breaches in HIPPAA
App not updated in over 3 years, none of the permissions given on the website apply to app, resulting in huge HIPPAA breaches..
Really Wish This App Worked
I use ChaRM for connecting with my therapist remotely. It’s a pain having to frequently check online on my phone, via google or safari, with no notifications whenever I receive a message from my therapist, or have a new questionnaire to fill out; also not to mention having to log in again every time i open the website.
I thought this app would work well, and despite the reviews, had pretty good hopes for the app. The second you download and log in, it takes way too long to load, i haven’t even seen it finish loading because it takes so long and I become impatient.
Upon refreshing the app, you have to log in again, but it won’t even let you fill out the username.

Notifications
Not receiving notifications nor is the option to setup notifications in the iPhone settings. Please correct this.
