Too expensive for what it is
I have to keep telling it to rewrite the HPI, it doesn’t follow the prompt that is already in the template to WRITE IN COMPLETE SENTENCES. It doesn’t “learn” anything. For $89/month it should be much better.
The app stop taking directions, can’t get tech support
I have been using the app, today it just stopped taking any dictations, no matter how many times I tried, in the desktop or iPhone app, impossible to get anyone from support, phone, phone calls or emails
