Too expensive for what it is
I have to keep telling it to rewrite the HPI, it doesn’t follow the prompt that is already in the template to WRITE IN COMPLETE SENTENCES. It doesn’t “learn” anything. For $89/month it should be much better.
The app stop taking directions, can’t get tech support
I have been using the app, today it just stopped taking any dictations, no matter how many times I tried, in the desktop or iPhone app, impossible to get anyone from support, phone, phone calls or emails

I haven’t used other AI’s before but I’m continually impressed with how intuitive the app is. I’ll generally provide a diagnosis to patients (oh you got some fluid in your knee) and commure will generate the medical diagnosis and icd 10 code. I’ve recommended it to several friends because it’s cut back so much of my charting time.

I run a team of 40 providers and 10 high-volume, high-pace clinics and have found Commure to be tremendously efficient when it comes patient documentation. Not only is it fast, but its accurate ICD10 and MDM section allows this tool to be used appropriately for all sorts of encounters. Saves a ton of time and allows me to focus on patients rather than trying to chart/frantically write down details during a visit. Filters out background noise and irrelevant information well. Sometimes a little redundant and takes a minute to generate the note but overall a game changer!

I work at a high volume urgent care and this app is the only reason I’m not staying late to chart. It gives accurate summaries of the interaction and breaks it down into sections. I love the “pause” feature where I can see other patients and it’s customizable.
