the app has suddenly crashed, i can’t open it at all now to use it. absolutely loved it before :(
BEWARE!!!
Have been using for 5 months now. It keeps messing up on my template. That has been an annoyance.
But TODAY the AI put a name on the After Visit Summary that is NOT a client and Not named during session. It is from a deleted private phone text message for a social introduction and name is in my contacts!!!!!
I do not save clients or use names. I download the notes and delete immediately.
And this name has nothing to do with my practice!!!!! AI responded “I can see it in my system context as data associated with this visit—I can see it on my end as part of the visit information passed to me . . .”
I will stop using today.

Was super awesome but having issues since update
Ever since update only about 50% of my audios get transcribed on the first time very frustrating and no longer saves me time. Loved it for few months but might look at other options if they don’t update soon

Idk what to say here but man I love this app. Working in Mobile integrated health, with mobile being most of it, this has streamlined my work life. 17 years in critical care and emergency setting, this app is a game changer!
Really helps with daily notes
I’ve been in primary care for 12 years and documentation has always been the worst part of the job. With Scope running on my phone, I just talk to my patients like normal and it turns the visit into a clean note. I still review and tweak, but I’m saving about 1 - 2 hours most days and rarely bring bring work home now.
