Keeps crashing
Can’t even open the app. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. Nothing works
Freezes so doesn’t work for us
Has not been updated and would be nice if it didn’t keep freezing on us. Hope support will respond and update , app useful in theory to keep patients from filling out paperwork and completing forms electronically especially during COVID, however so far we just waist time hoping it will work and then switching to paperwork because of the freezing.

Nice update. So very convenient
Charm kiosk as part of theEMR makes our office work flow efficient. Has reduced intake time considerably.
