Zelle capability not supported
The app would be 5 stars if it supported Zelle payment capability. The receiver gets the money instantly instead of having to wait 2 weeks for bill pay.

Won’t let me log in…
I got a new phone. It won’t let me log in. It sends a code to a phone I don’t have anymore. No option to get a code via text or email.
I guess chartway has never seen someone get a new phone before…

It’s very limited to what you can and not as user friendly as other bank apps. I get security but having to get a code to make a payment is ridiculous

The app really is almost perfect, but perfection at 100% is almost impossible, so I gave it 4 stars. If I could have used percentages I would have said 95%. 😎
Practical and easy to use
I love the app. The more you use it the easier it becomes. I can easily check balances, deposit checks, transfer and make bill payments. It’s got everything I need! I’m on it daily.
