Horrible app
I’m a member of two credit unions. They both use the very same app the way my second credit Union has structured. Their app is so much better than the way Chartway has done theirs. When you’re in the middle of a process and they shut you out it’s ridiculous that you have to start over again. If you’re sitting there and you’re not doing anything yes, please turn it off. And whenever you’re actively working, leave me alone and let me work.

I have been with Chartway forever will never go to a ordinary bank only because there always changing names and that makes me feel uncomfortable. Chartway has been Chartway since I joined .
