Impossible to reset password without username, impossible to access username without member id, member id only available in bank in person. App logs you out within approximately 20 seconds of disuse

App is straight forward and easy to use . They only change they need to make is put a short cut for bill pay on the main screen
Autopay
Once again another bank with confusing and deceptive auto payment practices. I’ve used almost every bank known for 40 years. This all took out my loan payment 3x in one month. Fix the app so I can see when my auto payment is set. Why is there a transfer to loan and an auto payment. Horrible.
