Paid for lifetime, but lifetime is a lie
I purchased a lifetime membership in May 2023, at the very beginning of the app launched. I am no longer able to use or restore my purchase when I switched to a new phone in July. I contacted customer support two weeks ago with providing the purchase receipt and then provided a screen recording showing the issue as requested. Since sending that video, I have received no further response. I have also sent follow-up emails to ask for an update, but my messages have been completely ignored. Is this really how you treat loyal customers who paid for a lifetime membership? Taking money from loyal customers and ignoring them when the product fails is completely unacceptable. I am very very disappointed. Lifetime is a lie, nothing can be used!
