Useless
This app is beyond useless, it’s actually harmful. Nothing about it works, not the timing nor even notifying the driver. This is NOT OK and the hotel needs to STOP using it. If I could give it 0 stars I would
Very easy to use but lacks some features
The app is very user friendly and tracks the ride very well. But it’s lacking some features. You can’t cancel rides, can’t contact the driver or have them contact you. The driver doesn’t give you a face picture if the drivers or tells you what type of car is coming to pick you up.
