Frustrating and hard not to correct the drivers on their customer service
Times are a sugestion and drivers can’t be polite, is always ridiculous to say good morning and look like an idiot when they decide to ignore it. Plus the lack of care while doing their job is infuriating. Also this review is not posting so sad I can’t do nothing about being treated like a clown

Was up in big sky for a week with no car and this app was a lifesaver. Drivers are all kind and quick, and it was so easy to use. App well designed no problems.
Pickup Delays Affecting Passengers
I don’t think the waiting time is reliable anymore. If you’re trying to catch a bus, good luck with that.
This app should enforce the indicated pickup time, passengers should already be at the pickup spot at that time, or at least be given a 1–2 minute grace period. Because of waiting for late passengers, the delays end up affecting the next riders who are also waiting.

What are these guys doing? How come it says 3 min left after a 40 min wait and then goes to 28…. I wait another half hour and with a couple minutes to go it sends me to fkn 25 AGAIN. Don’t be playing with people’s time.
Great.. when it works.
It will tell you seven minuets, then you book and it’s 40 mins away. Have to order an hour to and hour and a half in advance if you want to be sure you’ll get to the Bozeman bus on time. In short, don’t count on it, especially if you only have one day off.
