Not fit for purpose
Steamboat Springs Mountain Resorts use this app for their shuttle service. If you have a foreign mobile number you can’t register, but it doesn’t actually tell you that, but rather reports an ‘error 400’. You can’t register with the number of the Resort you are staying in since the app produces an error message saying number already exists. So, clearly foreign visitors to Steamboat are not welcome!! The developer needs to correct this ASAP.

Works great
App works great, like a private ‘Uber’ for Steamboat Springs. Drivers are nice and provide a lot of local insights.
Unable to register
Can’t register on the app and can’t get anyone to respond to calls telling them it doesn’t connect

You have to keep watching your phone countdown as it can jump from 19 minutes to 4 minutes occasionally. Guess is when the driver actually accepts the fare? But very pleased with the app.
App could use a bit of improvement
It works well but it needs to show the user where the vehicle is located as it’s driving. Sometimes you’re not sure which side of the street it will show up so knowing where the vehicle is coming from would make this app 100%!
