Unable to book
The Keoride app does not function properly for bookings. The map repeatedly shows “outside service area” despite Keoride operating multiple times daily between Mona Vale and the Bayview Peninsula Gardens retirement village. As a result, elderly residents are unable to book via the app and are forced to rely on phone bookings as their only option. Unfortunately, staff have been rude and unhelpful when this issue has been raised.

App not opening. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling- didn’t work
Poor communication via app
Poor app: the app does not say WHERE I’m being picked up- what street number. It just gives a map with buildings without numbers.
I waited at the place I’d been picked up from my home in the past, then got notifications I couldn’t respond to asking where I was. So coy in an uncute way- let’s play hide and seek at 6:30 in the morning!
This makes the system very inefficient and frustrating for both parties- and the people delayed down the line.
Just tell me the street number I’m being picked up at please and I’ll be there. Also give me the option to communicate with someone in real time.
This could have been avoided if the app was more intuitive and communicative.

Great service + great driver

what happened??
not a fan of the new update. when i cancel rides (no matter how early) i do not get money back. usually this is not an issue as i can understand why it would be difficult for the app/drivers. however, with the new update, i have accidentally clicked on the “book this ride” button for a ride i do not want, and even if i cancel the ride while it is still “processing” it takes my money. i love keo usually but its not sustainable for me to be wasting ≈$10 a week if this isnt a charity
