From what I know, the new app is called “Chatime societea”. I still have a $ balance in this app from when I last used it in 2019 and tried contacting them via email but the email bounced as well. Is there even a way to collect back my money?

Awful.
Awful app. Even with location services enabled, it can’t locate a store that’s anywhere near me. I tried to delete my account and was sent a confirmation email with a link to click, but the link goes to a 404 page. What a waste of time.
Can’t order online, useless app. Didn’t get birthday reward either.
Don’t bother getting the app, it’s completely useless.

What happened with this app? I can’t reload my card and I can’t order online, I am 0.36km away from the Richmond store and the app can not located the store. Chatime please talk to your developer to fix these issues.

I can’t seem to order online. No locations show up! I’m literally standing next to a ChaTime. Lol.
New app is terrible
Ever since they changed over the app nothing, but issues. I was not able to transfer the rewards/points from the previous app and now my points card does not open up. Keeps giving the “error encountered…” message. Because of this I will be going to other establishments for our bubble tea outings.

Try to change my postal code and verify phone number but it was impossible

Stuck on verify
App is stuck on verifying my phone. Support has not contacted me back at all. What’s the point of getting birthday points and not being able to access my account?
