Figure it out already
Their app is paired with Ticketmaster and boy it is paired poorly. A waste of space on the internet and should just be Ticketmaster. So many glitches and good luck downloading your tickets to your wallet. Won’t save passwords so be sure to literally write them down. Such a joke! Been a season ticket holder for two years now and am forced to deal with a terrible app. Fix it or drop it

Waste of time
I used my exact login info for Broadway Across Canada and couldn’t login. When I did “forgot password” it said the account didn’t exist (even though it does on desktop). When I finally logged in (after having to create a new account) there was nowhere to actually view my tickets. What a waste of time - so much for “a convenient and flexible way to access tickets”. It’s criminal that this app is the only way to access our tickets.

Absolutely USELESS
Can’t access my tickets. They don’t show in the app. There’s not even a place on the app FOR tickets.

In this age of technology there is no excuse to have this pathetic of a platform. You make Canada look like a joke.
Can’t Log In
Doesn’t seem to work. Routes to app via Ticketmaster and then won’t recognize login. Cannot access tickets.
