Difficult
The app is not user friendly and does make accessing your tickets easy. I wish Ticketmaster would just allow us to access there instead of directing us to use this app.
Terrible app
Forced to use this terrible app to access tickets, but unable to setup an account. Thankfully the show isn’t today and fingers crossed their call centre can help…when they open on Monday.
Why have you done this?
Instead of receiving a link in an email that takes me directly to my tickets (which I can then save easily to my phone), this forces me to download a new app, make an account for it, then search for my tickets (by location for some reason), then log in through ticketmaster as well, just to access my tickets. Inconvenient, useless and a waste of money. You have made the experience more complicated and frustrating for your customers. Invest the money you would spend on this on improving the theatre or making tickets cheaper.

Worst App Ever
This app never works.
Additional Functions Do Not Work
App is basic. Allows you to access tickets but beyond that it is unusable. There are additional ticket actions offered, but they do not work. Functionality is poor. ‘Continue’ button is just for show and does nothing.
