Bought a £5.20 drink and it gave me 5 points. Wasn’t prepared when I saw 180 points were needed for a free drink. That’s not real!! It used to be only 10 drinks 😭😭

Well, what kind of project planning team roll out a new app while it only works in London but not the rest of the country? Went to the store to get a drink only realising that scanning it doesn’t do me any good as they don’t have a record of my loyalty point yet. A bit of a disappointment and not recommend for user outside London.
