A couple of notes for clarity: annual plans are billed once per year (not monthly), and cancellation stops future renewals it doesn't automatically refund the current billing period unless requested within the applicable refund window. If you'd like to cancel to prevent this from renewing again next year, let us know and we'll confirm it's turned off.

Scam App! False Advertising! Refund Denied!
这个APP存在严重的虚假宣传！广告说可以在手机上使用各种AI模型，实际上完全做不到，手机根本没法正常使用。我付款后发现问题立即申请退款（不到0.5小时，且完全没有使用过），结果被无情拒绝。联系客服完全无人回复，官方邮箱也不回应。这就是一家专门骗钱的黑心公司！我已经向我的信用卡银行发起拒付（Chargeback），同时向苹果官方举报该应用。大家千万避雷，别白白浪费钱！
