24 hours later, no response
I asked a question almost 24 hours ago and have not gotten a response yet?! So I guess this app just steals your money.
Horrible experience
I paid for one question and instead of charging $6.99, they charged me $56.40 CAD. I have emailed them almost a week ago and they still have not returned nor responded to me despite having included proof in the email as well. It’s a shame as I hadn’t had a problem with this company up until now.
Quality is down now
Very first prediction was based on my horoscope. It was a real prediction. I placed another question today but their response was a general statement and they never gave prediction based on my horoscope. Poor service. Quality reduced from best to worst.
I had this app in 2018. Glad I deleted it.
Why is this app even available? I see this app is almost dead now.
cut and paste answers
The answer to my free question solidified that i will not be purchasing any other questions and have deleted the app. Not only did it take almost two days to get an answer, the answer i was given was so generalized and basic i could’ve just google searched it. My question wasn’t even answered, and i was specific like it asked. not going to waste my money getting told something a free chart generator on line would say.

Not worth your time trust me
This is the worst astrology app ever. And I have had a lot of astrology apps. I asked my question and I was confused why I didn’t get a response within the time it said. It was over 24 hours later that I got a message saying they were “overwhelmed with questions right now”. I could be wrong but I feel like it wouldn’t take much to send a quick message or let your customers know that when they ask a question. Instead of more than a whole day later after I asked a question say “all questions will be proceeded for sure”. Very unprofessional in my opinion. When my question was answered it was so short and vague and did not answer the question I asked. If you want a high quality astrology app to ask questions I HIGHLY recommend AstroVeda. It is my favorite app. They offer so many services and every time you ask your question you WILL get your in-depth reading in 24 hours. They also offer many other unique services. Best team of Vedic astrologers.

Don’t waste your time
I downloaded it for just to see what it was about bc the ratings were good. I used my free question & the response was awesome so I paid for another question & the person who answered made absolutely no sense… like I seriously couldn’t even follow what they were even trying to say to me. Then a tex like they needed my birth chart filled out, which it was. I emailed customer support & they gave me my credit back to submit the question again to someone new. I submitting the question 3 days ago & still haven’t gotten a response…. Ridiculous

Inaccurate free reading
First time receiving a reading from them. The answer was inaccurate sorry if only I gave you zero stars. Not only it was inaccurate but very negative as well from Bibarish. Goodbye!
Horribly inaccurate readings
When you first download the app they give you one free question to ask, and the answer I received to my question I do not feel was accurate at all. I’d asked for a detailed love life prediction for the next month with a breakdown of each week, and this is how my astrologer, Sri Alokesh Chaudhuri, responded (after over 48 hours of waiting even though they promise only 24):
"Dear Vivian, Welcome to Chaturanga. Our apologies for the delayed response. The delay happened because we are now overwhelmed with questions. Paid questions, however, are answered with top priority. Your birth chart indicates that your love life will not effective in the first week of April 2022 and 2nd week will be very favorable because you will be able to enjoy yourself with your boyfriend and the third and fourth week will also good. Let me know if you need any other clarification, or have any other questions. God bless."
And here are my problems with that answer:
What does "not effective" mean in this context? Does it mean that nothing will happen at all, or that bad things will happen?
I do not have a boyfriend (I’m currently in sort of a "situationship" with a non-binary person, and the reason I asked about my love life was because I wanted to figure out which direction that relationship would go). So if their answer was true, it would mean that I’d be ending things with that person before the end of March (so in the next 5 days) & then getting a new boyfriend on the 2nd week of April. That seems way too soon, & also right now I’m much more attracted to women & non-binary people than I am to men and I have no interest in being in a relationship with a man.
If the "boyfriend" they were referring to was the person I’m seeing now, the prediction for the 2nd week of April would not be possible because we are long distance. We are together this week but after that will not be seeing each other for several months.
I feel like just saying the 3rd & 4th weeks of April will just "also good" is really vague (and also grammatically incorrect), and I feel they should’ve been more specific about what will happen on those weeks that will make them good.
Due to the inaccuracy of that answer, I will not be paying any money to ask for clarification, nor will I be paying this app any money to ask any more questions. Don’t waste your time or money with this app, it’s really not worth it.

Does not deliver as promised-reading not consistent
First reading says my husband and I were lined up to be together and then same astrologer says he is with someone and to move on. Says reading come within 24 hrs and it’s been over 48 hours and no reading. Don’t waste your time emailing customer service because it comes back as a bad email address and they can’t be reached.

Must recommended astrologer Kavitha Jain !!!
I cannot say enough good about Kavita Ji predictions. She has been my go to astrologer and physique since I started using the app in 2016. Her predictions were always spot on whether it’s a question related to career growth, family planning or even personal life changes. The best app out there when compared to Yodha or other similar app. The astrologers in Chaturanga are knowledgeable in their field unlike Yodha who will keep giving you backup dates . I would recommend Kavita Jain for your predictions and you will never ever be disappointed. Finally a shout out to the customer service team led by David Alpern who is prompt in his response and always makes sure customers are getting the best bang for their buck.
